The agreement
Webstream is licensed, not sold, and use of it is covered by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, which applies to every app bought through the App Store, together with the terms on this page. Where the two disagree about the licence itself, Apple's agreement governs.
A player, not a service
Webstream is a media player. It does not host, store, provide, sell, index or distribute any video, audio, channels or playlists, and it ships with no content of any kind. Everything you see in the app comes from the IPTV subscription or M3U playlist that you enter yourself.
Your subscription, your responsibility
Webstream has no relationship with any IPTV provider and does not endorse, verify or recommend any. You are solely responsible for the sources you add and for having the right to watch the content they deliver in your country. Do not use Webstream to access content you are not entitled to.
No guarantees about sources
Whether a stream plays, what it contains and how well it performs is entirely up to the provider. Webstream cannot fix a source that is down, blocked, expired or limited to a number of devices, and cannot answer questions about a provider's content or billing. Contact the provider for those.
Trademarks and branding
Channel names, logos and artwork shown in the app are delivered by your source and belong to their respective owners. Webstream is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any broadcaster, studio or network.
As is
Webstream is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the app or of any content reached through it.
Subscriptions
Webstream Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. The lengths, prices and cancellation terms are set out on the Premium page. Apple handles payment, renewal and refunds; we never see your payment details.
Acceptable use
Do not use Webstream to reach content you are not entitled to, and do not use it to break the law where you live. We cannot police the sources you add, and we do not try to. If a provider tells you their service is not licensed in your country, that is between you and them, and using this app does not change it.
